Get up and down on your toes.- Climb onto the platform with your right foot, while bending your left knee, then lower it to the floor and put your right foot to it. Repeat the exercise with the left leg.All movements in step aerobics are performed in a good rhythm, but smoothly, without jerks. Do a series of 50-60 steps for each exercise.Do calf exercises at home three or four times a week. Don't expect quick results - it will take several months for the calf muscles to develop.
